Wi-Fi and Technology
Wi-Fi is not provided for vendors. Vendors must make their own arrangements if Wi-Fi is required.
If you need power for tech devices, electricity is provided with all booth sizes (ensure you bring your own extension cords and power strips if necessary).

Insurance Requirements
Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for the event.
The COI must list both the venue and Enchanted Escapes as additional insured parties.
Ensure your insurance covers general liability for accidents, property damage, and personal injury.
Booth Allocation
Only one vendor per booth is allowed.
Booths will be assigned based on availability and the order of completed registrations.
Loading and Unloading
Vendors are responsible for loading and unloading their own merchandise.
Ensure that you arrive during the designated load-in times and plan for timely removal of items at the end of the event.
Table and Booth Guarantee
Vendor tables are not guaranteed until the registration is completed and payment is received in full.
Vendors will be informed of their booth location prior to the event.
Event Duration and Break Down
Vendors agree to remain at the event for its entire duration.
Booth breakdown is not allowed until the event officially ends unless given explicit permission from event coordinators.
Any early breakdowns may result in a penalty or removal from future events.
Damages
Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue (e.g., walls, tables, floors, etc.) during setup or the event.
Any damage caused by the vendor will be the sole responsibility of the vendor and may incur repair charges.
Compliance with Regulations
Vendors must comply with all applicable California state, municipal, and federal regulations regarding sales, including:
Sales Tax: Ensure you have a valid California seller's permit (required for anyone selling tangible goods in California).
Business License: Depending on your city or county, a business license may be required to participate in the event.
Health and Safety Codes: Follow all California public health and safety regulations, especially if you are selling food or beverages. This includes food handling and safety permits if applicable.
Consumer Protection Laws: Ensure that your business adheres to California’s consumer protection laws, including accurate labeling of products and pricing.
Rule Revisions and Updates
Event rules may be revised at any time by the event organizers.
Vendors will be notified of any changes, and all vendors are expected to comply with the most current rules.

There are NO refunds for your booth reservation. Refunds will only be provided in the case of a natural disaster or if the event is canceled by the event coordinators.
